What types of corporate gifts do you offer?
We offer a very wide range of corporate gifts including acquisition and appreciation gifts for clients, recognition and onboarding gifts for employees, as well as appreciation and awareness kits for partners. We also create memorable kits, gifts, and giveaways for events and marketing programs that include custom products, packaging, and print.
Can I customize the gifts with my company logo?
Yes, we offer many customization options and you can add your company logo, event logo or personalized message to your gifts to make them truly unique.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, we do not have minimum order quantities! However, some custom products may have individual minimum order quantities and will vary depending on the product.
Can I include special requests for the gifts?
We welcome special requests and will do our best to accommodate them. Whether it’s a unique packaging request or adding existing products to your gifts, our team is here to help.
How do I place an order?

Can I send corporate gifts to multiple recipients?
Absolutely! We offer bulk (single-location) or individual (multi-location) shipping options that allow you to get gifts into your recipients’ hands across the United States or internationally. Also, if you do not already have your recipient addresses, we offer custom address collection portals to gather required shipping information.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
This depends on the complexity of your project, we advise to place orders as soon as possible to provide plenty of lead time prior to your needed in hand date. Project production lead times are anywhere from 3 to 12 weeks.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do. We offer international shipping to over 200 countries.
Online Orders
Here are some of the top questions we’re asked when it comes to personal gifting.
What is your return policy?
All orders are final sale and non-refundable. If your order arrives and you or your recipient are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of gift delivery and we will work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gifting experience.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled up until the time of processing. If your order has already been processed, your order can not be cancelled.
Can I update/modify my order after it has been placed?
If you have placed an order but would like to make a modification, please contact us via email, chat or text with your order # and requested changes as soon as possible. We typically process orders within 1-4 business days and will do our best to modify your order prior to shipping.
What is your shipping policy?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days via ground shipping through FedEx, UPS, or USPS. You will receive an email with your shipment tracking details. Wrapped & Ready and Build Your Own gifts are shipping as gifts and do not include an invoice or any purchase details. Items from our Unwrapped Store will include purchase details. For any special requests, please leave us a note at checkout or contact us. Severe weather may cause shipping delays. We regret that we are not able to guarantee express delivery in the event of severe weather.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do. We offer international shipping to over 200 countries. Please email us at info@boxbargifts.com so our team can find you the best rate on a single gifts or multiple gifts.
Can you ship to me directly, my recipient, or multiple recipients?
Yes, no problem. When checking out, please include your desired shipping address – whether that is to you or your recipient. As for multi-address shipping, you can select that option and provide your various addresses based on the gifts you have chosen.
Where can I locate my tracking number?
You should receive an email after you place your order with your order #, when your gift ships you will receive another email with your tracking information. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@boxbargifts.com.
I’m not sure what gift to choose, can you help?
If you need help choosing the perfect gift, please feel free to contact us via our in-store chat or email. Our team can recommend options for you to provide just the perfect gift for anyone on your list.
I would like fully custom gifts for my wedding, can you help?
Yes, we offer full service wedding gifting including gifts for your bridal party, guests, vendors and family. We can design completely custom options to match the style and theme of your wedding.
