Standard orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days via UPS, Fedex or USPS. You will then receive an email with your shipment tracking details. All items are shipped as gifts and do not include invoices or purchase details. For any special requests, please leave a note at checkout or contact us.

Severe weather may cause shipping delays. We regret that we are not able to guarantee express delivery in the event of severe weather.

Yes, no problem! For orders to you or your recipient, you can simply specify the shipping address at checkout.
If you plan to purchase multiple ready-made gifts for multiple recipients, you can simply write in the "Add a note" section at checkout which gift goes to which recipient. For example:
Please ship the "Greyhound" to _________ and ship the "Between the Sheets" to _________.
If you plan to purchase multiple build your own gifts, you can do these as separate orders or place them together and specify which items go to which recipients, or contact us and we can help you place your order.

If you have placed an order but would like to make a modification, please contact us via email, chat or text with your order # and requested changes as soon as possible. We typically process orders within 1-4 business days, if you contact us before your order goes out for shipping, we usually can make minor modifications.
